Le guitariste français Gabriel Gosse développe un jazz ouvert et moderne dans lequel une énergie pop s’invite avec fougue.

Après un master obtenu mention TB au CNSM de Paris, Gabriel Gosse accompagne et a joué avec des musiciens tels que Philippe Katerine, Christian Scott, Logan Richardson, Guillaume Perret, Riccardo Del Fra, Laurent Dehors, Etienne Mbappé, Michel Portal, Moodoid ou encore Eddy de Pretto.

En 2013, il décide de monter son propre trio, et s’entoure d’Antonin Violot (batterie) et de Bertrand Beruard (contrebasse). Lauréat « La Défense Jazz Festival » en 2020, le groupe sort son premier EP le 31 mai 2018 et entame ensuite une tournée remarquée en 2019 (Jazz in Marciac, Jazz à Vienne, Jazz à Sète, Jazz à Juan, Saint-Raphael …).

Son premier album : « Flow », sort en 2021 avec de prestigieux invités (Logan Richardson, Guillaume Perret, Laurent Dehors, Ann Shirley, Yann Villageois).

Servies avec nuance et cohésion, les compositions conjuguent traits fulgurants et retenues pleines d’intériorité. Evitant le «déjà vu» d’une formation traditionnelle, ce combo survitaminé tisse un univers sonore élégant et actuel.

Gabriel Gosse, French guitarist, develops an open and modern jazz music tinted with a fiery pop energy.

Graduated with 1st class honors from Paris Conservatory (CNSM), Gabriel Gosse played with Philippe Katerine, Christian Scott, Riccardo Del Fra, Laurent Dehors, Etienne Mbappé, Michel Portal, Moodoid and Eddy de Pretto.

In 2013, he decided to set up his own trio with Antonin Violot (drums) and Bertrand Beruard (bass). Award winner of « La Défense Jazz Festival » in 2020 . They release their first EP on may 31st 2018 followed by an outstanding tour in 2019 (Jazz in Marciac, Jazz à Vienne, Jazz à Sète, Jazz à Juan, Saint-Raphael…)

His first album : “Flow” will be released in 2021 with some prestigious guests (Logan Richardson, Guillaume Perret, Laurent Dehors, Ann Shirley, Yann Villageois).

Played with subtlety and cohesion, the compositions combine flashes of intensity with introspective restraint. Avoiding the « déjà vu » of a traditional group, this zestful combo vividly forges an elegant and innovative sound universe.
